This is a rare opportunity to join a global, well regarded organisation based in Dover.
You will be responsible for actively maintaining and improving the repairs goods despatch area. You will work closely with the customer experience team and the repairs department along with managing a separate warehouse location, therefore ensuring the strength of the aftersales service.
Duties you can expect:
* Assisting with returns - booking-in, inspecting, stock requirements
* Receipting and despatching customer products
* Control and order spare parts
Personal Qualities required:
* Strong administration skills to include Excel and Word
* Be well organised and adept to working to deadlines
* Good attention to detail
* Experience of SAP would be an advantage
This is a multifunctional role that is both desk based as well as time spent within a warehouse setting. Department liaison and team work is key.
This role is being offered on a Temp-Perm basis in that after completion of a temporary period, the right candidate will be offered a permanent position. This is a full-time role; Monday to Thursday 0800-1630 and Friday 0800-1300.
