Are you immediately available and seeking a long term contract? My client in North Kent is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join them for a 12 month maternity cover. Working within a team, you will be responsible for all elements of the internal recruitment process, assisting various Business Managers.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the resourcing team inbox and dealing with queries
- Writing and drafting job adverts
- Advertising jobs on behalf of the team, using a multi-poster
- Supporting with offer management
You will have experience in a recruitment or HR environment and be a strong team player. Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System would be advantageous and an understanding of GDPR is essential.
Unfortunately, due to the high number of applications currently being received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
