High street solicitors practice in West Sussex seeks Wills & Probate lawyer to join busy Private Client team.
You will be joining a team of 3 overseeing an existing caseload which includes drafting Wills, LPAs and assisting with Probate & Estate matters acting for private individuals (some HNW). Any additional experience with Trusts and/or advising clients on IHT & CGT matters would be an advantage.
Candidates should ideally be studying either CILEX or be a qualified Solicitor, STEP membership would be advantageous.
Career prospects and some flexible/remote working is on offer.
