Your new role


* Perform solution/application design and business processes optimization in order to meet business, customer and technological requirements at a global level in the respective area
* Creates and manages the respective business-critical knowledge within the business
* To assist the solution architect to transform complicated business requirements into solutions
* Strive to innovate communication on technology changes and to surpass team expectations in a fast pace environment

What you'll need to succeed


* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or IT
* Several years' experience within the area of support
* Powerful influencing and communication skills
* Capable of working in an international environment
* Knowledge using Salesforce tools
* A personable team player who would be a great fit for an exhilarating culture
* Previous experience in the pharma or diagnostics industry
* ITILv3 and SAFe experience is desirable
* Experience with change management, risk management and quality management


What you'll get in return
