I am currently recruiting for an HR Advisor to join my business services client for a 6-12 month contract, starting as soon as possible. This is a generalist role but requires somebody with strong system skills, ideally with experience in implementing new systems (Ciphr would be perfect).

Main responsibilities will include:
- Processing starters/leavers
- Handling holiday requests
- Advising on HR matters and escalating where appropriate
- Assisting with regular reporting

You will join a team of 4 and be a proactive team player who is willing to assist with all areas of the HR spectrum in order to support the team. This role can be based in Horsham, West Sussex or in East Kent, with flexibility to work from home 2/3 days a week.
