Gain hands-on experience in financial services marketing for a social purpose, by helping us deliver a project to improve the customer experience for an award-winning bank. This is a fantastic opportunity to take up an integral role supporting the roll-out of a change communications programme.
We have an opportunity for you to join our collaborative, high-performing marketing team as our MARKETING EXECUTIVE (CAF BANK TRANSFORMATION) at the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). To be successful in the role, you will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organisational skills, and is strong on the detail, an adept communicator, and comfortable taking the initiative. Previous experience working in the financial services or non-profit sectors is essential.
You will join us on a fixed term contract basis for 11 months, working Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week. You will be based part of the time in our London office, near Ludgate Circus, and part of the time working from home. Working hours are 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch but flexibility is available.

Support the Marketing Manager (CAF Bank and CAF Charity Services) to deliver a change communications campaign on time and to budget for CAF Bank.
• Project support responsibilities include:
o Updating the project plan and documentation, organising project meetings and workshops, and preparing briefings for project stakeholders
o Recording minutes of project meetings and monitoring completion of actions
o Co-ordinating the specification, creation and quality assurance of customer communications, content and support materials (through digital/ printed media)
o Co-ordinating updates of product literature, other customer-facing collateral and web content, including proof checking of copy and liaising with stakeholders
o Building, maintaining and updating web pages using our Content Management System, and ensuring updated items are reviewed and approved before going live
o Creating and publishing marketing and customer service communications, using email marketing software
o Briefing, co-ordinating and liaising with in-house and external agencies, including designers, digital agencies, media owners, printers and mailing houses
o Working to quality and brand standards, ensure messaging and content is consistent with legal and regulatory guidelines, and CAF’s brand style guide
o Raising of Purchase Orders for agencies and work to ensure the costs are kept within budget, chasing suppliers for invoices and updating expenditure forecasts
o Preparing monthly performance reports of web engagement, digital marketing and customer communication activities
