Leading Sussex practice seeks Residential Property lawyer to take over an existing caseload offering a mix of 50% home and 50% office based working.

You will be dealing with the sales/purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties which include seafront apartments, country properties and dealing with new build developments. Any experience with lease extensions, enfranchisement or dealings with rural/landed estates would be an advantage.

Candidates should be either qualified Solicitors, CILEXs or Licensed Conveyancers able to run a full caseload without supervision, full admin/secretarial support is on hand.
