We are currently seeking a Goods-In wards Administrator to oversee and co-ordinate all aspects of the goods inwards activities including:
* To receive and book into SAP all deliveries of stock materials
* To ensure all goods received match the delivery note
* To print SAP generated label including SAP Bin Number, which if missing needs allocating and pass to Warehouse for further action.
* To record and report any quality defects
* To record and report any short shipments for deliveries to the Warehouse.
* Data Entry: Reviews information and accurately enters into a spreadsheet or database. Enters alphabetic, numeric or symbolic data from source documents into computer and enters necessary codes.
* Compares data entered with source documents to detect errors.
* Makes necessary corrections to information entered.
07.45 - 16.00 Monday - Friday
This is a temporary assignment which requires an immediate start but has the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.
