Based in central Canterbury, our dynamic and well established client are looking for a Chef on a temporary basis for approximately a month
As an experienced Sous Chef or CDP you will be supporting the current team in offering excellent food for their restaurant and other food spaces within their company.
About you:
* Advanced knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
* Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in food hygiene and food allergies
* Demonstrable experience of working in the catering industry either as a Sous or CDP
* Good communication skills
You will be required to work on a rota to include some weekends.
Wage will depend on experience.
