Customer Service Specialist / Burgess Hill / £11.54 Per Hour
Responds to in-bound, routine customer telephone inquiries regarding products, services, order status, and other general questions. Typically uses scripted dialogue and may escalate inquiry to product support, billing, sales or return/repair. Logs calls and updates customer account records. At higher levels, may be asked to provide responses to submitted questions throughout bound calling.

Reporting to one of our team managers, you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring that customer order and queries are handled within agreed service levels.
The role:
* Manage incoming calls and emails whilst processing orders
* Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner by phone or email.
* Handle any customer dissatisfaction, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives; following-up to ensure resolution
* Communicate with courier companies to investigate delivery queries
* Maintain regular, scheduled deliveries as required by customers
* Ensure all data on our systems is kept up to date as required
About you:
* Flexibility to "go the extra mile" and full commitment to providing excellent customer service
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous Customer Service experience
* Grade C or above in both English Language and Maths GCSE
* A passion to investigate problems and find appropriate solutions
* A dedicated team player
