Pharmaceutical Admin Specialist - Burgess Hill - £12.82 Per Hour
As a member of the Customer Operations Team reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, the Infusion
Technical & Order Specialist will be responsible for responding to and processing customer orders, non-technical enquiries, technical enquiries, Issues and returns.
Key responsibilities involve to respond to customer's orders and enquiries in an accurate, timely and professional manner. The Technical Calls will come via phone and email from patients, Hospital trusts and internal partners, orders can come from multiple streams including Phone, email and Fax. Record, log and troubleshoot for customer Technical enquiries and complete all the required administration.
Other responsibilities are:
* To accurately and responsively process calls and emails from patients and NHS trusts on any technical issues they may be having with their Roche Insulin pump, take Orders for both pumps and consumables, Quantity Contracts and proactively liaise with customers and key account managers to ensure processes run smoothly.
* To handle and resolve customer enquiries relating to stock, orders/invoices, deliveries and returns requests, in a professional, timely and responsive manner (inc. liaising with carriers and alternative customer sites to locate appropriate stock when necessary). To manage stock reservation for designated accounts/customer/business unit to meet the objectives of the business regarding inventory management.
