* Monthly management accounts
* Budgets & forecasts
* Cashflow forecasting
* Monthly payroll processing
* VAT and CIS Returns
* Weekly & Monthly CIS processing of sub-contract labour payments
* Bank reconciliation duties
* Management and supervision of the data entry into the company accounts system
* Liaise with company accountants for annual accounts and other statutory requirements
* Approve and process supplier payments
* Undertake payments to suppliers via the banking system
* Management of the client invoicing process including validation of new customers
* Provide all required reports to the business directors and heads of business divisions
* Managing premises, leases and suppliers
* Manage monthly credit card and weekly expenses process
* Where possible, provide business support to company associates
* Work within Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental procedures
* Work closely with Project managers on Monthly commercial applications
* Insurance renewals (Business and Fleet)



What you'll need to succeed

* Knowledge of Sage Line 50 or similar Accounting software packages
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* Commercially astute
* Qualified (AAT/CIMA/ACCA) or QBE
* Good work ethic, with desire to succeed in line with company values
* Self-motivated with keen eye for detail
* Construction sector experience advantageous but not essential
