Our Travel client is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based at their offices in Kent. This is an ongoing temporary position with scope to go permanent and will offer hybrid working (2 days a week in the office.)
Your new role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment of all drivers across 8 depots in Kent and Sussex.
You will also be responsible for the following:
* Sifting CVs
* Booking in Assessment days
* Uploading job descriptions to their website and job boards
* Communicating with stakeholders
* Arranging interviews
* Attending assessment days
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have strong experience within a Recruitment based role and be available to start immediately.
