Long standing Sussex practice seeks a "Conveyancing Manager" to oversee a team of Conveyancers, some home working (2-3 days a week) and generous salary/benefits on offer.
You will be working from the firms Battle/Hastings offices supervising and managing a department of Residential Property lawyers which will include dealing with staff targets, carrying out staff appraisals and playing an active role in the departments marketing and business development activities. This role would suit an experienced Property Solicitor or CILEX with management/supervisory experience. You will be reporting directly to the firms management team.
