Exciting "Home Working" opportunity is available for either a CILEX, qualified Solicitor (2yrs+) or Litigation Executive to handle residential Landlord & Tenant matters acting for HNW London/City based landlords, Local Authorities and Property Management companies. You will be working remotely from home although there would also be the option for individuals to "hot desk" two days a week from the firms offices in Sussex/Kent (if required). You will be acting for Landlords dealing with a mix of complex residential possession cases, tenancy disputes and rent/service charge recovery cases.
