Your new company
Our National Manufacturing client is recruiting a HR Advisor to join their small HR team in one of their southern offices in Tunbridge Wells and supporting three other local offices. This is a permanent role, replacing a team member who has recently left, reporting into the HR Operations Manager to join their prestigious Home Delivery Network.
Your new role
As a HR Advisor, you will be providing a comprehensive HR Advisor and support service to the contract management team. Would will also be responsible, but not limited to the following:
* Provide employment law and best practice advice to managers
* Manage employee relations caseload
* Assist in the coaching and mentoring of the management team
* Project work
* Monitoring sickness reports
* Support the delivery of the People plan
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have previous HR experience, they will take someone who is looking for a step up in their HR career. You must also have UK employment law and employee relations experience, more specifically within disciplinary and grievances. You must have a full, clean UK driving licence as occasional travel is required.
What you'll get in return
