Helpdesk Support Role based in East Malling, Kent. Salary up to £25000 Dependent on experience
* The post holder will work within the Support team of the IT department.
* The post holder will be expected to work on site 4 out of 5 days of the week. UP to one day working from home may be possible by arrangement.
* The post holder will be required to travel to the other external sites as required.
* Emergency and planned visits to other sites can be required at any time to fix a fault or deliver replacement equipment.
* The post holder should expect to be called to travel at short notice, be prepared to stay overnight at the remote location (this is a rare event) and to occasionally work an evening period (for system maintenance) and/or at weekend periods (for system upgrades) as the need arises. Out-of-hours and weekend working is normally arranged in advance with time in lieu, but occasionally, the need will arise at short notice.
Essential:

* Cisco Meraki management experience
* Administration of Apple/Mac systems: experience in OS X administration, and applications maintenance.
* Proven track record in a role as an IT Support Engineer for a large organisation. ITIL certifications.
