The company
Project Manager to oversee multiple fit out projects. The company are in the exciting position of expansion, and the company is growing quickly due to increased demand for their specialist fit out services. They work in the healthcare sector to provide fast and efficient refits and refurbishments

Your role
You will be overseeing multiple projects of generally £300k - £400k. Your role is to directly engage with the clients , managing programmes, appoint contractor's and oversee the progress of works on site.

What you'll need to succeed

* Previous experience (5 years +) oversee fast track fit out projects (health retail or leisure experience)
* Good customer services and communication as most of the sites will involve face to face liaison with the client
* Good understanding of construction and refurbishment
* Experience of managing teams
* The role would suit as Project Manger / Senior Site Manager /Contracts Manager
* If you have strong Leadership capabilities then opportunity for advancement and swift promotion will be available
