Helpdesk Administrator (Full-time)


We are currently looking for a full-time Helpdesk Administrator to join a successful company based in the Wrotham area. You will be working within a busy team and be a key member of staff.

You will be responsible for the following:

* Taking inbound calls and assessing customer's needs whilst building a good rapport

* Updating in-house systems and ensuring accounts are kept updated

* Contacting and updating customers in a timely manner

* Uphold all administrative processes

* Delivering excellent customer service

* Administrative support to the management team such as diary and scheduling support

Skills and experience required:

* Strong administrative skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to prioritise tasks

* Organised and efficient individual

* A willing attitude to learn

This is a varied administrative role and would suit candidates with administrative and customer service experience, who enjoy multitasking. This would also suit candidates looking for a career in IT.
