Office Administrator
Hays are working closely with a rapidly growing Sussex based construction company. The role below can either be on a temporary or permanent basis.
Duties:
* Taking calls and directing on
* Greeting and signing in visitors
* Ensuring adequate supplies of office stationary, refreshments & any other ad hoc office requirements
* Ensuring adequate supplies of PPE and staff clothing
* Being responsible for the bookings of the company's two meeting rooms and ensuring they are prepared with suitable refreshments if required
* Scheduling appointments and meetings as and when required by senior management
* Ensuring that during extended meetings refreshments are offered regularly
* Regular testing and checks of the fire and first aid equipment
* Any other reasonable administrative requests as and when required
During peak periods and periods of leave there will be the need to provide support and/or cover to the other admin team members, which may include:
* Accounts Support:
*
* Customer Care Support
*
* Office Admin support
Salary range: £22 - 26K per annum (based on 40 hrs per week), 25 days holiday and bank holidays plus auto enrolment pension.
Hours of work 8.00am - 5pm Monday to Friday, although may consider a degree of flexibility to suit.
