We are currently working with a leading manufacturing company, who are expanding and looking to recruit a business support admin in the Horley area.

The role is to assist a small, close-knit team with all aspects of administration duties. To be considered for this role you will need to possess the ability to work within a small team, be numerate, have excellent attention to detail and be adaptable to helping colleagues as and when needed.

About the Role:
To provide general administrative support with a number of functions across the business, based on the demands at the time including, but not limited to:

- Answering, filtering and directing phone calls & managing in-coming post
- Reception duties, such as ensuring the visitor's log is completed, meeting
and greeting
- Managing, scanning and filing documentation
- Updating MRP system with client and supplier details
- Compiling reports, presentations and documentation
- Documentation review
- Accounts support, including purchase ledger, purchasing administration
- Processing holiday bookings & liaising with the parent company HR team


The Person:

- Professional & reliable
- Well organised & self-motivated with an excellent eye for detail
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office systems - Excel, Word, Outlook,
PowerPoint
- Proficient use of ERP systems, previous experience of Progress Plus
would be beneficial
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexible, able to multi-task and think on their feet in a pressured
environment
- Be fluent in English
- A minimum of 5 GCSE grades A-C including Maths and English
- Full, clean driving licence is preferred
