We are looking for a sales driven individual to come in as a Recruitment Resourcer working in our IT Specialist division, based in our Kings Hill office.

The division recruit for a wide variety of specialist IT roles with a client base covering the UK.

Working closely with a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing new candidates for live vacancies, as well as building a portfolio for future business needs. This will involve having detailed conversations with potential candidates, discussing their individual requirements, testing their knowledge and overall suitability for each role.

You will also maintain contact with existing candidates to maintain relationships.

Additional responsibilities will include advertising vacancies, dealing with applications and formatting CVs for submission to clients.

Previous recruitment experience is not essential as full training will be given. However, if you have a knowledge of IT terminology from a previous role, education or similar this would be an advantage.
