We are looking to recruit a warehouse operative to join our busy and expanding warehouse team, we focus on the aromas, fragrance and flavoring. The candidate will have previous experience working in fast moving warehouse, previous experience and valid licence for counterbalance forktrucks, physically fit, experience with unloading and loading of curtain / double decks and box trucks, good eye and attention to detail, proactive and reliable.
Main Daily Duties including, but not limited to –
Picking of Jerrycans, cartons and drums, from 1kgs to 200L Drums.
Loading and Unloading of trucks with Counterbalance FLT.
Completing Unloading and Loading Lists.
Banding, Strapping & Shrink-wrapping drums / jerrycans to pallets, ensuring ADR regulations are followed.
Use of computer systems to generate labels, overpacking shipments and confirming correct quantities.
Attaching the necessary documents to shipments, CofA, Packing Lists and delivery notes.
Keeping the warehouse in good, tidy condition.
Shift Rotation - AM 07 - 16.00GMT / 08 - 17.00GMT / 09 - 18.00GMT.
Salary - 24000GBP PA
We are located with good connections via Bus and train links from Maidstone and surround area.
