Supporting a busy customer services team, you will be:

* Working within Anti Money Laundering/ Know Your Customer policies and processes
* Making detailed notes and recording conversations accurately
* Providing comprehensive administration support to a team of Customer Service Advisors
* Ensuring all documentation is collected, completed, and filed correctly



To be eligible for this fantastic opportunity you will have/be:

* A strong work ethic
* A team player
* Proactive and hardworking
* A positive can-do attitude
* Previous experience of working in financial services or banking would be preferred but not essential
* Good organisation skills and attention to detail
