We have an immediate Temporary requirement for an experienced Finance Assistant to work within the education sector in the Swale area.
you will be required to carry out a variety of accounts functions. These will include raising orders, processing delivery notes and invoice/credit notes on the accounting system. Raise sales invoices/credit notes and process ParentPay income. All income will need to be recorded and BACS runs will have to be prepared and uploaded.
Previous finance experience is essential, if you have worked within education this will be an advantage but not essential.
Hours of work are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday with a 4.00pm finish on a Friday. Part-Time
This is a temporary role for approximately for 3 Months
