Role: No.1 Site Manager, Commercial Fit-out with build element
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 plus benefits
Location: Borough, London, SE1
Duration of Project: 60 weeks
Project Value: £7-8m
As a result of continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an experienced No.1 Site Manager to manage a 60-week project in Borough, SE1.
The project is a £7-8m Fit-out project with a build element (extending up a level), so we're looking for a Site Manager who has managed both Fit-out and Build projects in the past.
As as application you will have your SMSTS & First Aid and be comfortable in a Client Facing No.1 Site Manager role.
