Job Title: Divisional Product Trainer
Location: North Kent + Flexibility to WFH
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 + Bonus + Company Car

Are you a confident, proactive individual who is excited about digital content techniques and wants to learn and develop new skills?

Our client is looking for a bright, lively person who has an interest and understanding of the digital world. This vacancy is a great opportunity for an individual who has a background in training or a sales position and wants to join a forward thinking, exciting company! You will be a pivotal part of the development, production and training of content.

This role would suit someone who has worked in a technical product environment - this could be retail based, but who has a passion for and understanding of tech and is a charismatic public speaker.

Duties for this position include:

* To deliver the company's product training on a monthly basis
* Creating engaging digital training materials such as e-learnings, videos, webinars, live streaming and use of internal learning management systems
* Confidently presenting training personally via video-link etc.
* Liaising with the product management team to support the launch of new products
* The administration of all training activities



The successful candidate will have/be:

* Confidence and experience in developing and delivering product training
* A sales or training background
* A genuine interest in the digital space
* Good technical ability
* Previous experience using digital platforms such as webinars
* The ability to relay technical information in a simple way
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Microsoft office knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
* Enthusiastic, ambitious and creative personality
