Payroll Officer Job (£22,000 - £24,000) per annum

Your new company
You will work for an established institution based in Strood. The Payroll Officer is a full time, permanent job - however, the company will consider part time candidates if suitable. The position will sit within the Payroll team of which there are 5 members. The company are currently adopting a hybrid pattern of work allowing for 3 days remote working per week - this will be reviewed again within the Spring of this year.

Your new role
You will report directly to the Payroll Manager, and be responsible for the support, and on occasions deputise, for the Payroll Manager to ensure efficient running of the Payroll system.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous payroll experience. You will also require strong IT skills.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of £22,000 - £24,000 per annum. You are entitled to 25 days annual leave + bank holidays. There are both hybrid and flexible working options available.
