Receptionist - START ASAP
Temp to Perm
Maidstone
9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
£Competitive DOE!
Brand new, exclusive Receptionist role working for an established business in the Maidstone area (driver with own transport essential due to location). This is a temporary role initially, but with the possibility of going permanent for the right person!
Duties include:
* Acting as ambassador for the company, offering a personable first point of contact
* Taking and distributing calls
* Fielding calls where necessary
* Meet and greet
* Processing incoming and outgoing post
* Providing administrative support where necessary
* Delivering exceptional customer service at all times, both internal and external
* Maintaining office supplies
* Various other ad-hoc duties as required
The right candidate will have/be:
* Professional telephone manner
* Ideally worked in a front facing Reception role previously
* Have a desire to work in this role long term, but be able to start immediately on a temp basis
* Good IT skills
* Genuinely passionate about customer service
* Be well presented and customer facing
* Organised
* Positive, calm and collected
