Purpose of the Role:

To assist the International Casualty Broking Team with Technical and Administrative tasks

Key Role Accountabilities:



* Preparing slips and endorsements
* Uploading and downloading documentation onto the PPL signing system
* Preparing invoice processing requests
* Managing the renewals of facilities including drafting renewal slips, requesting claims and following up with brokers
* Maintaining bound bordereaux for in-house facilities
* Communicating with the credit control team regarding payment queries
* Providing ad hoc support to the producers/brokers within the International Casualty Team
* Carrying out such projects and other duties and tasks as may from time to time be required





Qualifications & Experience:



* Experience drafting slips and endorsements (essential)
* 3+ years experience of the London Insurance Market (essential)
* 3+ years working on Casualty classes of business, including CGL (essential)
