Technician £35-40,000
Main Purpose:
To provide services to the syndicate and service companies by co-ordinating the processing of premiums and claims through the in house brokers.
Responsibilities:
* Ability to produce premium LPANS and upload documentation onto the IMR
* Liaise with our underwriting and claims departments and Xchanging in order to resolve queries.
* Assist the direct settlements team with the reconciliation of accounts.
* Oversee that all internal and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
* Ensure coverholders comply with Lloyd's and Xchanging processing requirements.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts.
* Assist in the resolution of legacy issues including to clear and reconcile cash.
* Produce ad-hoc reports as required.
* Co-ordinate account management, credit control and data reconciliation.
Skills and Experience:
* English and Maths at GCSE or A Level
* Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
* Familiarity with Xchanging processes
* Knowledge of London Market practices and regulatory requirements
