MATERNITY COVER Jan – October
We will only consider candidates with a degree or A Levels.
We are looking for articulate, personable candidates who can deal with clients and HMRC with confidence. Working hours and wfh can be flexible after the training period.
We are a friendly Chartered Accounting practice in West Kent who focus on small businesses and individuals. We enjoy all the advantages of being part of TaxAssist Accountants - a fast growing national franchise - whilst being owned locally.
Training will be provided, but we expect candidates to have experience in a number of the tasks outlined. The administration tasks include:
• all Companies House filings with related minutes and forms;
• company formations;
• client and account set up in Xero and our practice software;
• our Xero maintenance and bank reconciliations;
• invoice raising;
• bill payments;
• management and marketing reporting;
• marketing letters; and
• general phone and mail support.
