The role has become available due to an ever increasing workload within the busy Procurement Team.
Benefits & Culture:
• Position: Administrator to Procurement Team.
• Location: Folkestone with hybrid working available (50% office, 50% working from home)
• Fixed term contract for 12 months
• Attractive salary/hourly rate
• Weekly pay
• 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an early finish on a Friday!

The Role:
• This is considered ideal for a strong Administrator as you will be providing key administrative support to the Procurement Team
• You will also be proving customer care to suppliers and customers regarding their orders placed
• On the job training and support provided
• Additional admin duties surrounding projects and daily operational activities
• A need to multi-task and share information with colleagues
• Experience of working on multiple projects helpful
• Strong IT skills including Word & Excel
About You:
• There is some flexibility regarding the ideal candidate!
• We are searching for an individual who enjoys providing administrative support where accuracy and attention to detail is important.
• Good IT skills required.
• Good communication required.
• You will require a proactive approach, a desire to learn on the job and a desire to become an integral member of the Procurement Team.
• We are looking for an individual who wants to commit to this for the long term.
