About the role

* Produce food & hospitality to match customer expectations to the agreed standards
* Work to the agreed standard of hygiene practice and Food Safety policy
* Responsible for Hospitality (excluding Beverage) profit and cost control
* Cover business peaks and annual leave at other branches near by
* Enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the testing of new ideas
* Achieve day-to-day operational standards with particular reference to food presentation & food storage

About you

* 706 1 & 2 or NVQ 1 & 2 in Food Preparation & Cooking
* A keen interest in hospitality with attention to detail.
* Culinary knowledge & skills
* Flexible (Multi Site) and diplomatic team worker
* Experience of working in a 3-4 star environment
* Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate
