Full Time 37 hours per week , Monday to Friday
£20,000 - £23,000 per annum DOE

Crossroads Care Kent is a charity which offers a range of supportive, practical services to Carers and the people they care for - and we will soon have a rare and exciting opportunity to grow your career in Social Care with our supportive care management team.

Our team of Care Managers are responsible for the operational delivery of services to carers and their families in East Kent. Duties of this role will include liaising with families, supporting and managing a locality team of lovely carer support workers, co-ordinating and rostering calls, undertaking assessments, and writing care plans. Working with health and social care professionals and colleagues you will be looking to ensure the best possible outcomes for people.

Our role would suit an organised, flexible, caring team player with a can-do attitude, committed to making a difference to the lives of carers and the people they care for. People management experience and an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care are essential along with a working knowledge of care legislation and practice. Great communication, robust admin and keyboard skills, with the ability to conduct risk assessments and agree safe service delivery are key for this role.
A full driving licence and use of own car are essential for travel in East Kent as required.
