Business Analyst / Junior Business Analyst required by market leading Financial Services organisation based in Maidstone, Kent. In this Junior Business Analyst / Business Analyst role you will understand collect and communicate the business requirements for the project, and translate these into functional specifications and detailed test plans. You will work with specialist testers, or in exceptional circumstances, on your own, to ensure that captured requirements are testable and able to be traced from detailed test cases. You will provide knowledge of existing processes, functions and expert knowledge of existing systems to provide solutions as required. The role means working closely with steering committees and individuals to understand the business requirements around existing and proposed processes and systems, developing effective working relationships and on-going management processes for projects.

This could be the job for you if you have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, have knowledge of key business systems and/or bespoke applications is preferred, strong documentation standards, knowledge of one or more formal project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall / Agile), good at understanding, analysis & interpretation of Data, effective communication, including the ability to explain technical information to non-technical people, determination to achieve results, great customer service and have close attention to detail / accuracy.
