This is a great opportunity to join a leading luxury brand in Dartford, who are recruiting for a Goods In Administrator to cover a 3 month contract. This is to support the goods in team with administration duties to comply with company procedures and standards.
Responsibilities
* Confirm deliveries are correct as per order
* Book deliveries in via the Hand-Held Terminals
* Ensure all discrepancies or deviations are marked as HELD
* Follow up of any discrepancies within 48 hours
* Monitor urgent request
* Assisting warehouse when required due to holidays and sickness
* Accurate record keeping of documentation, including daily, weekly, and monthly spreadsheets
* Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure discrepancies are overcome
* Comply with all company health and safety policies
* Create log in workbook and inform supplier by e-mail or fax
This is a very busy Warehouse with over 2500 stock lines, so it is essential you have experience working in a warehouse and you are confident in speaking to suppliers.
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4.30pm.
