Export Sales Administrator
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator with great knowledge of Export procedures to join an established manufacturing company based near Rochester, Kent.
You will be dealing with both UK and Export customers to ensure that all orders are added to the system, all export documentation is correct, and orders are shipped out on time, with the right paperwork. You will also need to speak to customers and ensure that they are updated with all order information and progress.
As well as working with a household well-known brand, there will be longer term progression opportunities, a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
*Order processing, planning and scheduling to customers (both Export and UK customers)
*Ensuring accurate shipment documentation is completed
*Updating customers with order and delivery times
*Liaising with hauliers and freight forwarders
*Solving problems and customer's queries over email and telephone
*Providing administrative support to the commercial team
Skills required
*Strong sales administrative experience - order processing etc
*Knowledge of customs processes, especially post-Brexit
*Good attention to detail
*Experience with CRM systems
*Good telephone manner and exceptional spelling, grammar, and numeracy skills
This is an office-based position (social distancing measures in place)
Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours PW
8.00/8:30/9.00am-4.30/5.00/5.30pm (1 hour lunch)
Salary DOE
21 days holiday + bank holidays (5 used for Christmas shutdown)
