Service Charge Officer 6 Month FTC - £24,500 - £27,500 per annum

Your new company
You will work for a professional housing company based in Sevenoaks. The Service Charge Officer role is a 6 Month FTC with an opportunity for a permanent position at the end of this contract. The position operates on a hybrid working model with 2 days in office and 3 days remote per week and involves a 37 hour week. There are also flexible working opportunities available.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing support in the management of service charges, managing agent accounts and utilities. You will be providing residents with accurate, relevant, timely and easily accessible information about their service charges, ensuring that the company fully recovers these costs.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience of service charges, ideally within social housing or private sector or a management company. You will need to be highly numerate, literate with good IT skills. You will have the ability to prioritise, and work accurately and methodically under pressure.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of £24,500 - £27,500 per annum. You will be entitled to 25 days annual leave as well as three additional days during Christmas closure. You will receive an excellent pension scheme where the company will double your own contribution (up to a maximum of 10% of your basic salary).
