Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Near Ashford
Salary: £60k-£65k
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Your key responsibilities as the Operations Manager:
* Create a positive culture and high levels of staff engagement based on company core values.
* Support customer retention and sales growth, via high OTD and quality performance.
* Develop operational team and skills to be capable of matching the company growth plans and potential.
* Create production stability and efficiency, via effective training and production management controls and structure.
* Lead daily operational and production meetings, as output take and/or drive actions for recovery back to customer or business plan.
* Deliver monthly/annual revenue and associated operational profitability targets.
* Lead technology and capability enhancements in production and processes.
* Lead supply chain cost down, saving initiative and help build key supplier relationships.
* Implement a right first-time ethos, to increase productivity and reduce waste levels.
* Ensure the company retain and build upon all quality accreditations.
Skills and experience required:
* Previous experience as an Operations Manager is essential
* A strong generic operations understanding, including supply chain, warehousing and production as core elements, alongside strong commercial acumen and financial understanding.
