My client is looking to recruit an HR Manager.
Reporting into the senior leadership team, this role will have full responsibility for delivering the people strategy and will provide operational advice and support on HR matters across the business.
In detail you will,
- Provide advice and guidance to the senior management team on all areas of HR best practice, HR policies and procedures.
- Deal with ER issues, including coaching and advising managers and dealing with more complex cases.
- Review all existing policies and processes and recommend improvements where necessary
- Review, implement H&S policy and ensure compliance.
- Ensure all HR systems are up to date and accurate, including HR administration
- Ensure the on boarding and induction process is consistent throughout the business
- Keeping up to date and advising on any Employment Law updates
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working at this level in a stand alone capacity. CIPD Level 5 or 7 would be advantageous.
