Contracts Coordinator - Prestigious Global Business

£22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience

The Role

The role is to support the contracts team in terms of live projects and all the associated administration. They work on a live schedule which includes all relevant documentation sich as health and safety forms, risk and method statements, sub contractor files, compliance checks, department emails and completing relevant sit paperwork.

Liaising with contacts throughout the UK to obtain hours, invoices and relevant project documentation.



You

You love working in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. You take pride in your attention to detail and taking ownership for completing administration and keeping and sorting project files in the right place. You are a natural organiser who likes to know whats happening on all projects in order to stay ahead.

Candidates with experience in construction/installation/projects/contracts will certainly appeal however we will also consider strong transferable skills.

Opportunity

You will learn about the entire project process, the live schedule, the systems they use including MS Teams as well as the contract and tender process. Working with a highly experienced team who are ready to welcome this additional support - this is a brand new role due to an upturn in business!
