Your new company
An established Charity based in Ashford. The Finance Officer job is a part-time role operating with 4 full days per week - this can also be spread over 5 days if more convenient. The position allows for the opportunity to adopt a hybrid approach with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

Your new role
You will report to the Financial Controller and complete all tasks relating to payroll. You will contribute to the effective operation of the finance function ensuring that finance procedures are adhered to. You will provide effective and efficient finance support to various stakeholders, as well as contribute to the monthly and annual financial reporting process. You will also assist the Financial Controller where required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be either part qualified AAT or qualified by experience. You will be committed to undertaking all necessary training for the role. You must have good IT skills including excel, as well as experience in working within a finance or similar function.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of £23,225 - £25,141 per annum (0.8 FTE). There are also hybrid working arrangements available.
