Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client, an established Training & Recruitment company based in Sittingbourne, Kent who are looking for a Telesales Person to join their expanding sales department. Our Client is expanding in all sectors of its Business both locally and nationwide, and seek to match that expansion with quality forward thinking staff capable of ensuring the growth continues in to 2022 and beyond.

This is a very exciting permanent position where there will be the opportunity to develop and grow within a well established and supportive team

This role will entail:

- Contacting potential clients to make them aware of the company's services
- Appointment making with potential clients
- Sales leads to be communicated to relevant department 
- Achieving daily/ weekly targets for sales calls and leads  
- Possible Client visits
- Integration with other key departments within the Business

A successful candidate will have the following experience:

- Cold calling experience is essential 
- Previous experience in a B2B sales role is beneficial 
- Great communication and IT skills
- Organised and can prioritise work load
- The ability to expand the role to enable progression
- Great team ethic

The salary for this position is £21,385 + commission

This role is Monday to Friday 09.00am to 5.00pm (1 hour daily for lunch) and is a full time permanent position with possibilities of career progression for a successful individual

The salary for this position is based on experience and if you are a great communicator, have previous experience and have a ‘can do’ attitude then this role may be for you.
