Our award winning client based on the outskirts of Tonbridge is looking for a new HR and DBS coordinator to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months experience.

The duties include:
* General HR duties, liaising with candidates to complete necessary paperwork in order to meet DBS guidelines.
* To meet and support the candidate with the completion of their joining paperwork
* Arrange training courses for new staff
* To build a positive working relationship with all departments, as well as being flexible, supportive. Maintain a polite, articulate and professional manner at all times.
* To deal with all enquires in the HR DBS department whether face to face, telephone, post or via email in a timely and professional manner.
