Looking for a Technical Services Analyst to offer 3rd line support of systems within data centres and services
To provide expert software and hardware technical advice across the organisation. The role adds value as the most technical engineering competency, providing expert levels of support and administration on behalf of the entire business.
Monitoring, administrating and maintaining the Data Centre & network operations and services to the users. Ensuring the data centre and its services are always available to customers in a timely, cost-effective and efficient manner.
PREVIOUS INDUSTRY/JOB EXPERIENCE:
Essential:
* Experience of or exposure to Microsoft Windows Server 2008-2019, Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft O365, SQL Server 2008-2016, Oracle, Citrix XenApp 7.15, Citrix PVS, SAN Storage, VMware, Nutanix HCI, Cisco Networking - VLAN's, VPN's, ISE . 2FA, Cyber Security Standards. Server and client hardware, Thin Client technologies.
* Wide knowledge of IT and IT solutions.
* Experience in distributed networks and network management tools.
