Looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to provide data analysis for one of the UK's largest producers.
The purpose of this role is to provide data analysis and decision support information. This is done through engaging with stakeholders, through analysis of the information needs of the business, and provision of outputs and output mechanisms that provide that information. This can be achieved in a number of ways from improvements to IFS screen searches, lobbies, crystal reporting and the use of integrated or external business intelligence tools such as Cognos and SQL, data warehousing and analytical BI cubes.
SPECIFIC TRAINING/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential:
* Systems/data analysis
* Crystal reports
* Cognos
* SQL
* BI tools especially SAS
* Project management
* Documentation
PREVIOUS INDUSTRY/JOB EXPERIENCE:
Essential:
* Finance/accounting/manufacturing systems migration/ implementation
* ERP implementation and analysis
* Systems management/administration
* Training planning
* Business intelligence/reporting
Desirable:
* Experience in the construction sector.
Must be able to drive.
