SEO Director / Senior Manager

The SEO department is growing rapidly, and they are looking for an SEO Director to come in and hit the ground running. They offer great opportunity to prove yourself and fast track your career. You will get challenged with lots of responsibility and be rewarded accordingly.

The SEO Directors are accountable for all aspects of client SEO performance - including timely client communications, audits, research and content creation. They are responsible for ensuring deadlines are either met or expectations managed and for the overall relationship with clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is either looking to make a step up and looking for a longer-term career progression into Director, or for someone already at Director level who wants a new challenge and to be instrumental in growing the team and driving the SEO business and function forward.

Key responsibilities
*Delivery of quarterly SEO Strategy across all client accounts.
*Accountable for client SEO performance - campaign set up, monitoring and performance.
*Accountable for SEO department morale.
*Client SEO budgets.
*Primary point of contact for SEO activities, including resolution of any dissatisfaction.
*Responsible for the training and development within the team.
*Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments within SEO.

Key skills
*5 years minimum SEO experience working within an agency environment.
*Good communication skills with the ability to explain and deliver SEO insights and recommendations.
*Ability to think creatively and develop new ideas and ways to tackle a client brief.
*Excellent understanding of Google analytics, Webmaster tools, keyword research and technical audit tools.
*Excellent understanding of outreach and other tools like BuzzStream, Citation Labs, Raven Tools, and Majestic.
