The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for multiple Order Picker's to begin an ongoing assignment for our client based in the Allington, Maidstone, Kent area.
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
- Order picking stock in accordance with pick sheets
- Wrapping pallets
- Packing stock ready for dispatch
- Using handheld scanners to complete orders
- Maintaining health & safety standards within the warehouse
Candidates must be able to commit to working from Monday to Friday each week on a rotating shift pattern.
Week 1 -
06:00 to 14:00
Week 2 -
14:00 to 22:00
For your first week, you will receive full training and a health & safety induction. Once you have completed your training, you will then be paired with an experienced member of staff to fully understand on the job duties.
Once both written and job based training has been completed, you will then receive a more independent role within the workplace.
However, due to the nature of the role you must be able to work within teams on a daily basis to ensure all orders are completed correctly.
In return, you will also receive:
- £11.39 per hour
- Weekly pay
- 28 days holiday per annum
- Full training
- Potential permanent position following a successful trial period
