The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for multiple Production Operative's to begin an ongoing assignment for our client based in the Gillingham, Kent area.
There are three different job roles you could be expected to do.
Machine Operative:
- This will involve carrying out basic machine duties such as cleaning the machine
- Making sure the machines are running correctly
- Making sure that all products being produced are meeting certain specification
- All training will be provided
Assembly Operative:
- Assembling the products
- Reaching targets per hour
- Quality checking products
- Attention to detail
- Reporting defects to the line manager
Picker/Packer
- Packing products into boxes ready to be shipped
- Accurately counting products into boxes
- Assembling boxes
- Printing and labelling packages
Candidates will not need any previous warehouse experience as full training will be provided on the job.
You must be able to commit to working from Monday to Friday each week on the below shift times.
Monday to Thursday
07:30 - 17:00
Friday
07:30 - 12:30
In return, you will receive:
- £8.91 per hour
- Weekly pay
- 28 days holiday per annum
- Full training
- Potential permanent position following a successful trial period
